Delete Your Account

Wearlist is operated by Neidbau, LLC. Review what deletion means and choose the method that works for you.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

  • ✕All clothing photos and closet data
  • ✕All outfits and outfit preview images
  • ✕All planner entries and calendar data
  • ✕All body photos and AI try-on results
  • ✕Your profile information and preferences
  • ✕App usage records and remaining AI credit data

Limited backup copies may remain temporarily under our service providers' backup schedules and will not be restored as an active Wearlist account.

What may be retained

Apple, Google, and other service providers may retain transaction, subscription, fraud-prevention, or compliance records under their own policies and legal obligations. Neidbau, LLC may retain limited information only when required by applicable law.

Subscription Not Cancelled

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately to avoid being charged.

On iPhone / iPad:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Wearlist → Cancel

On Android:

Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Wearlist → Cancel

How to delete your account

Preferred: In the App

Open Wearlist → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.

Alternative: Via Email

If you can't access the app, use the form below to prepare an email request. You must send the email, and we will verify account ownership before processing it.

Request deletion via email

This will open your email client with a pre-filled deletion request.

After we receive the information needed to verify account ownership, we generally complete deletion within 30 days. We will notify you if additional time is permitted and required.
